Modular design enables any given train to be fitted with compartment doors, inter circulation gangway doors and fire doors based on a common technological core. With the aim of optimizing a complete system, MRC takes charge of the design and manufacture of all the bulkheads, thus integrating the door with its associated equipment.

Movement Investigation / Tests
- MRC uses 3D-CAD system during design- and development phase to define the interfaces to all customers.
- This system allows us to produce a door movement simulation and a stress investigation in early stage to avoid collisions with other components in the door area.
The results of this theoretical interpretation of the door system get regular checked and confirmed by an endurance test on a full size Mock-Up.
